Data say, "command pulse accumulation * electronic gear = feedback pulse accumulation", why not actually?

I'm usingMR-E command pulse accumulation series command pulse accumulation servo drive to send 630 pulses, the actual 630, the encoder feedback pulse to accumulate 8260, the gear ratio is 65535:5000, according to the calculation of 630* (65535/5000) =8257.536. This is not consistent with the data "instruction pulse accumulation * electronic gear = feedback pulse accumulation". What is the reason for that?

Hello, your feedback pulse according to the calculated value and the actual value is different, is caused by interference.
Are there any interference sources around you?
Thank you
