E700 frequency converter communication problem

Host Q02H E700 QJ71PB92V, E700 converter is E700 with FR-A7NP-E-Kit, frequency converter has been set to network operation mode. But in GX Configurator-Dp7.04, monitor the slave station status, show no connection from the station, QJ71PB92V communication fault light ON often, and the LED light on the FR-A7NP-E-KIT is not lit. What is the reason?

1, the inverter to run in network mode, the 2 tab address can not be set to 1 or 23, SIEMENS DP cable green D+, red D-.
