Input side terminal row 00CJ1G-CPU45H terminal input 24V power supply

The PLC mis CJ1G-CPU45H CP1H-XA40DR-A CJ1G-CPU45H to the input terminal arranged on the L1 terminal and the L2/N terminal to send 220V power, POWER lights and RUN lights, the negative electrode is connected with a DC 24V in COM terminal outside the input terminal row, positive in the 00 terminal ---11 terminals are respectively connected with the 24V, then the corresponding 00 terminal --11 terminal the light should be lit, but no light. I do not know what reason, please give guidance.
