In securiC, PLC SM1 PLC (self diagnosis) and SM56 (arithmetic error) put 0 at normal PLC, and when the exception happens, place 1., but in what case will 1 be set? For example, self diagnostic errors, what conditions appear self diagnostic errors, how to repair the fault? I didn't find it in the security PLC manual and asked for explanations

You can rto SM1 the SM1 security CPU manual, chapter 6.7 of sh080627engg, which describes the possibility of self diagnostic errors.
